Founded by Dr. Thomas J. Raley, ASAP has offices in Virginia and Washington DC. The ASAP team of physicians develops a comprehensive treatment plan designed specifically for each patient. Most patients never need surgery as they are treated successfully with interventional procedures and pain management protocols.
However, when surgery is necessary, we will use the most current technologies in spinal surgery to ensure that you are back to health as soon as possible with the best results.
